LACNIC

LACNIC, the Latin America and Caribbean Network Information Center, is the regional Internet registry for the Latin American and Caribbean regions. It is responsible for assigning and managing Internet number resources, such as IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, and Autonomous System Numbers (ASNs) in the region. 

LACNIC is a not-for-profit, membership-based organization that supports the global operation of the Internet by providing number resource allocation and registration services. It was established in Uruguay in 2002 and is managed by a board of directors elected by its members, who comprise over 12,500 network operators providing services in 33 Latin American and Caribbean territories.
