afrinic ipv4 transfer

AFRINIC's IPv4 transfer process allows for intraregional transfers only, and transfers due to mergers or acquisitions. To initiate the transfer as a recipient, the organization must be an AFRINIC member and sign the Registration Services Agreement. The recipient must also justify the need for IPv4 resources. The transferring organization must be the rightful owner of the resources, cannot request IPv4.
